Ladies, it’s time to elevate your gym experience.
Our 6 week fat loss and confidence challenge is back, and this phase is all about taking things to the next level. If you joined the last intake, this is your chance to build on that foundation with new education, updated training and a deeper level of structure to keep you progressing.
This isn’t just about dropping weight. It’s about learning how to train with purpose, fuel your body properly and actually feel confident in what you’re doing both in and out of the gym.
One of the biggest focuses inside this challenge is helping you build a better relationship with food. There isn’t a one size fits all approach here. Some of you will prefer more structure and clear targets, while others will feel better with a more flexible, intuitive style. You’ll have the option to approach this in a way that suits you, without feeling restricted or overwhelmed (focusing on personalised calorie and protein targets that drive YOUR body composition goal)
Across the 6 weeks, you’ll start to notice not just physical changes, but a shift in your mindset. You’ll feel stronger in your training, more confident walking into the gym and clearer on how to eat for your goals without overthinking every decision. The goal is for you to leave this challenge not only feeling leaner and more toned, but actually understanding how to maintain it long term.
Inside, you’ll be following a 3 day gym program designed to build solid foundations while still pushing your progress. Your nutrition will be guided through a simple and effective framework, with access to my macro ebook, sample meal plans, protein targets and practical tips for things like eating out.
We’ll have fortnightly group calls where you can ask questions, learn more about fat loss, and stay accountable, along with a private group where you’ll be supported throughout the entire challenge. On alternating weeks, you’ll also receive personalised check ins so we can make adjustments and keep you moving forward.
If you’ve been struggling with consistency, unsure how to fuel your body properly, or feel like you keep starting over, this is your opportunity to lock in and do things properly this time.
This phase is about building momentum, creating structure, and stepping into a version of yourself that feels strong, confident and in control, whilst being part of an epic community of like minded women.

+ a one time $50 Onboarding fee which covers your full setup so you’re ready to hit the ground running.
FNN Cancellation Policy - A minimum of 6-week commitment period is required on this program to ensure you achieve the best results. Payments will continue on a rolling basis thereafter. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice by email is required to cancel or pause your coaching.
